A dancer stands on one leg, stretching arm and free leg far apart while balancing three hoops at once. The figure demonstrates what Art Deco loved most: a widely spanned diagonal that touches the ground at a single point.

Fine craftsmanship and solid bronze
The figure is cast in solid bronze using the lost-wax process, each piece chased and patinated individually by hand. The body carries an olive brown patina while the three hoops are polished to a golden shine and stand out clearly from it. It rests on a square base of black marble with a bronze frieze running around it.

Placement and effect
At 58,2 cm tall and 4,58 kg the sculpture has real weight and needs no company. Because the figure reaches out over half a metre it needs open surface: a sideboard, a console or a plinth.
